(1) Vendor needs to provide mandate reimbursement claims processing service.
- Maintain communication and provide regular project status information to the citys designated mandate cost program coordinator throughout the contract period, including, but not limited to, advising the city of issues from the state controllers office associated with any mandate reimbursement claims prepared.
- Status of all submitted reimbursement claims.
- Issues from the state controllers office associated with submitted claims.
- Necessary information to be provided by the city for submitted claims.
- Upcoming legislative statues that may impact the city.
- Respond to cost estimate requests and questions related to the citys mandate cost programs or claims.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 21, 2023.
(3) The contract term will be two years.
