Vendor needs to provide third party administrator property and casualty services
- Supervise the Township’s general liability, automobile liability and property claims filed against the Township
- Maintain accurate records of all details incident to all general liability, automobile liability and property claims filed against the Township
- Provide supervision, administration and disposition of General Liability, Auto Liability and Property claims filed against the Township
- Provide the Township with a monthly report on all Liability cases
- Attending any scheduled claims meetings or regularly scheduled Township Council Meetings at the request of the Township Administrator and/or Mayor and Council.
