[*] Scope of Service:

(1) Vendor needs to provide defined contribution third-party administrative services including investment advisory services.
- Maintain accurate participant records, including demographic and contribution information.
- In accordance with the Executive Director’s direction, work as a team with the Board, Retirement Office, and other advisors to provide timely, first-class service to Plan participants.
- Process participant enrollment.
- Process distribution requests, including required tax withholding, for the following:
- In-service distributions
- Cash-outs and vested terminees
- Retiree lump sums and periodic payments
- Partial lump sums
- Unforeseeable emergency distributions
- Service credit benefit
- Qualified domestic relations orders
- Beneficiary and survivor benefits
- Track and apply Plan vesting requirements.
- Provide presentation materials in advance of the Investment Committee meeting for review and approval by the Executive Director.
- Conduct regular comparative analyses of investment options and fees.
- Produce and distribute quarterly participant statements.
- Coordinate with auditors, including preparation and organization of requested Plan records.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2023.
